We have the ability and experience to replace an entire hospital, an entire wing, or renovate a hospital one room at a time.

Moreover, Wellness products are considered furniture and equipment for financial accounting and Medicare Reimbursement purposes. This enables our products to be depreciated over a shorter period than traditional construction materials-10 years rather than 30 years. Because of our status as equipment, the cost of products can be charged directly to the Hospital's routine cost centers where Medicare concentration is typically at its highest, thereby permanently increasing reimbursement over that afforded by conventional construction.

In other words, the use of Wellness will increase your Medicare Reimbursement and allow you to recoup the cost of your construction sooner.
