What is the meaning of One Source Provider?
One Source Provider means we handle everything for your hospital's construction or renovation project - we install 100% of everything from the floors and walls to the furniture and even the robe hooks. This means you only have to work with one vendor (not 50) who is experienced in completing clinical spaces. This approach lowers your anxiety and increases your speed-to-completion.
We also can operate as a sub in collaboration with a general contractor.
Do I have to buy a whole room or can I buy only selected pieces?
You can purchase one item from our catalog or we can put together an entire package, whichever you prefer.
Are your rooms a stock size?
No. Wellness rooms are custom designed to fit your unique spatial needs and can be any dimension.
Do your rooms only come in one color?
No. Wellness walls come in countless coverings (Type II Vinyl) or paint varieties and our furnishings can be covered in numerous fabrics and veneers to your tastes. Contact our Interior Design Team and we will be happy to create a scheme to meet your tastes and desires-at no additional cost to you.
Are you modular?
No, we are pre-engineered. Our construction techniques allow for concurrent lines of construction meaning we manufacture your walls to your hospital's exact specifications off site in our factory and send them to your hospital just-in-time for installation. This dramatically increases your speed-to-completion.
We need one room renovated today. How quickly can you finish?
Six weeks. That includes five weeks of design and staging and one week for demolition and installation of a complete turnkey environment.
We need a complete Design/Build Project. Do you do that?
Absolutely. We can help you with financing options, Certificate of Needs, Feasibility Studies, Project Management, Land Development, Construction Management, and Leasing and Purchasing.
Can I lease your rooms?
Yes. We have worked with numerous leasing companies to set up both Operating and Capital Lease programs to lower your hospital's initial cash costs.
